The Colorado Sexual Health Initiative (CoSHI), formerly known as Denver PREP, is housed in the Denver Department of Human Services, works to reduce the rates of unintended pregnancy and STI transmission among young people through the delivery of comprehensive sexual health education, training  for youth-serving professionals, and providing specialized support to caregivers. CoSHI Denver aims to educate and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives.

While CoSHI Denver works primarily with youth in systems of care, services are not limited to youth and programming fitting that description.

CoSHI Denver works in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Human Services and the two other PREP funded counties in the state, Garfield and Huerfano counties.
